What services do you offer?

Central Primary Care offers the following services:

​

Primary Care: General checkups, physicals, preventive screenings, same-day illness and injury appointments, immunizations, management of chronic conditions, women's and men's specialized wellness programs, physical therapy, and management of specialist referrals and hospital stays. 

 

COVID-19 Care: Rapid tests, PCR blood tests, immunizations, and boosters

 

Diagnostic Services: Routine blood tests, urinalysis, and specialized tests, including the H. Pylori breath test, Spot Prothrombin Time (PT) test, and EKG testing.

Imaging Scans: including DEXA bone density scans and ultrasound scans

​

Biometric Screening

​

Immigration Medical Exams: with USCIS certified Civil Surgeons

​

Workers' Compensation Care: Including injury visits and treatment

​

Injury Care: including onsite x-ray and ultrasound equipment

 

Physical Therapy

Are walk-ins accepted?

Yes, walk-ins are welcome any time the clinic is open.

Do I need insurance to see a doctor at Central Primary Care?

​

No, you don't need insurance. We do accept many insurance options. But we also accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and online payment via PayPal.

Yes. We perform Immigration Medical Examinations provided by a licensed USCIS Civil Surgeon.

Can I get blood tests done at Central Primary Care? 

​

Yes. We do blood draws for testing onsite at our office.

​

What languages other than English do your doctors and staff speak? (TBD)

​

We have doctors and staff members who speak Spanish, Polish, Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.

How can I communicate with the office to request records, prescription refills, or get a message to my doctor?
